These noodles are traditional in Guangxi Automonous Region in China. Simple round rice noodles in a clear broth with sliced beef, fried peanuts, pickled beans, and herbs. Delicious and comforting, I've eaten this since I was a small child. I still have a few bowls every time I go back.
